THE NEW YORK JUNIOR LEAGUE’S 36th ANNUAL GOLDEN TREE HOLIDAY SHOPPING FAIR November 7, 2007

The four-day holiday shopping event showcases exclusive merchandise including unique jewelry, holiday gift items, clothing, accessories and much more. The evening sessions will also include silent auction and distinctive food and beverage tasting featuring Francis Ford Coppola wines, Pernod Ricard spirits, Cabot cheese, Mionetta Prosecco and much more.

Wednesday, November 28 (evening shopping and silent auction) 6:00–10:00 p.m.
This evening will also celebrate the NYJL impact in the community featuring a celebratory announcement of this year’s Outstanding Volunteers.

Thursday, November 29 (daytime shopping) 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., (evening shopping and silent auction) 6:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.

Friday, November 30 (daytime shopping) 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., (evening shopping and silent auction) 6:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.

Saturday, December 1 (shopping) 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Santa will make a special appearance.

Cost:
Daytime Shopping on Thursday, Friday, Saturday: $10
Evening Shopping on Wednesday and Thursday: $45 in advance, $50 at the door

Proceeds benefit the charitable activities of the New York Junior League

As one of the largest volunteer service organizations in New York City, the NYJL has approximately 3,000 volunteers. More than 60 committees support the community needs of New York City as well as the institutional needs of the organization. Its purpose is improving the lives of women and children in Manhattan by working with 33 community-based organizations and public agencies to deliver services and assistance directly to those in need.
