Each of the six evenings will run from 7-10pm. Tickets are $450 and include the cooking class, three-course dinner with wine, a signed copy of the FCI’s cookbook The Fundamental Techniques of Classic Cuisine, a FCI apron and the recipes and grocery list from their class menu. $200 of the ticket will be donated to HELP USA to help feed the homeless during this holiday season.
