In this three-day hands-on class with Chef Instructors Dimitri Fayard and Joshua Johnson, create an array of mouth-watering lemon, strawberry mint and chocolate raspberry jams, lemon jelly, and orange marmalade. Impress your guests with your own homemade preserves from the fruits of summer by making your own assortment of fruit and vegetable chutneys, plus sweet and sour preserves.

Your delicious array of preserves will be enhanced with your own homemade French tarts! You’ll make the classic apple tart, apricot tart, and lemon tart. All of your creations will be displayed in a beautiful grand buffet, and packed up ready to take home and enjoy with your friends and family.
