The French Culinary Institute’s PastryScoop.com, will host a day of dessert for individuals of all levels of culinary expertise at their Fall 2007 Conference on Sunday, October 7th, 2007 from 9:30AM to 6:00PM at the kitchens of The French Culinary Institute at 462 Broadway at Grand Street. NYC’s finest pastry chefs and bakers, including Ron Ben-Israel of Ron Ben-Israel Cakes, Nancy Olson of Gramercy Tavern, Dominique Ansel of Daniel, Jorge Pineda of Candle Café, and Kir Rodriguez, David Arnold and Nils Norèn of The French Culinary Institute, will lead workshops on a variety of mouthwatering topics. Each workshop is two hours in length and cost $55 each, plus a $5 service fee per registrant.
