Zumba Toning is a fun, new way to build muscle endurance, while using the same great music and dance moves as regular Zumba. Zumba Toning incorporates body sculpting techniques & strength training with light resistance to tone the body. Focus is on all muscle groups (core (abdominals), biceps, triceps, quads & more) while using light weights.
