Zumba – The New Dance and Fitness Revolution

Audience: Zumba is designed for people who love to dance, enjoy great music and are committed to a healthy lifestyle. Various levels and modifications are demonstrated throughout the class so everyone can move at their own pace and unique circumstances.

Zumba is a fusion of Latin and international music – dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system. Combine the meringue, salsa, bambo, cumbia and others with interval and others with interval and resistance training and you have a class that is being dubbed as nothing short of a revolution in total body toning. Zumba is for all fitness levels and for all who love to dance and have fun.
