Zumba Fitness spices up aerobic exercise by inspiring you with sizzling Latin music. You will learn Salsa, Cha Cha, Merengue, Cumbia, and even Belly Dance & Latin Hip Hop. The time flies by while you burn 300 - 800 calories!
