Yuma Little League Registration October 24, 2009

Yuma Little League will be holding registration for the 2010 season. Ages 5 thru 14
For each participant to be registered, please bring one proof of age document, such as a birth certificate or other original document issued by state, federal or provincial registrars of vital statistics. Please also bring three documents that show the address of the legal residence of the parent(s) or court-appointed guardian(s) for the player(s). These can include a driver's license, an electric or other utility bill, and a financial record like a credit card statement or loan statement. PLEASE NOTE: three utility bills count as only one proof.
