Tours at several times throughout the afternoon. Free!
We are a diverse group of people of all ages enjoying our new cohousing community in Santa Rosa, California.
We have 29 homes (studios to 4-bedrooms), a large Common House, Workshop, Guest Room, and Exercise Room. You are welcome to contact us regarding any openings. Click below to see floor plans and other information. We have people in every decade up to the 80's, including 49 adults, three teens and ten younger children.
"Yulupa" is a Native American word which can be translated to mean something that is bright and shiny, like crystals, water, and sunsets. We have a special place on the face of our Common House from which we can view the beautiful sunsets

I'd love to stop in, but I'm hosting one of the stops on the East Bay/Sacramento/Davis cohousing bus tour that afternoon: http://upcoming.org/event/108839/
