Youth Talent Showcase Choreography Workshop May 5, 2009

Youth Talent Showcase brings together Pittsburgh area youth by providing a safe outlet for creative development through workshops, performances, and positive feedback from professional artists, mentors, and peers. In April and May the Union Project will host workshops led by professional artists, open to all students interested in developing their creative talents and performance skills, culminating in our next Showcase in June. These events are primarily for high school students, but middle school students may attend and participate with adult permission.

Workshop Description:
Are you a dancer or performer who wants to:
-improve your stage presence?
-create or improve your choreography to music?
-learn about proper staging for you or your group?
-learn more about how proper dance attire affects your performance?
If so, bring some comfortable shoes and your music and be ready to move.
