Whole Foods Market is in search of the next Green Idol faces to host an exclusive new series of video podcasts called Whole Earth Generation, an original online series of 10-minute shows created for kids by kids to raise awareness for the environment. The chosen correspondent will be one of six from around the country selected to host an episode of the weekly series that will run through April Earth Month.
Winners also receive great prizes from eco-friendly companies like Seventh Generation, Preserve, Organic Valley, Ecover and more…
Austin area kids ages 8-17 have the opportunity to audition face-to-face with a panel of eco-minded judges by attending the one-day open audition and expressing their green on camera… “how they plan to green their family, neighborhood, school, and more.”
Aspiring hosts in other cities can audition via online video submission http://www.youtube.com/wholefoodsmarket. All Austin area entries will also be considered for the online submission.
