The sassy ladies from The Pendleton Red Hat Chicks Society invite the public to a high tea at the Pendleton Community Library on Wednesday, November 21st at 2:00 p.m.. Join The Red Hat Chicks as they talk about their latest escapades. The Red Hat Society is a lively social group that meets to relax and let go of responsibilities and obligations. It’s an organization that exercises its right to just have fun and to celebrate women over fifty (or even some under fifty). They are appropriately named because members wear red hats and purple outfits.
The tea will introduce the public to the Red Hat Chicks Society, and will give everybody an opportunity to flock together with local Queen Mother, Barbara Mercer. Psst…You may learn a few secrets along the way. Tea and refreshments will be served. Door prizes will be awarded, and a surprise guest will entertain. Remember, what happens at the library stays at the library!
For planning purposes, RSVPs are appreciated, please call the library at 778-7527 to register for this program.
