Performance Now Theatre Company presents “You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown” October 12 - 21 at the Lakewood Cultural Center, 470 S. Allison Parkway. Based on the comic strip “Peanuts” by Charles M. Schulz, we follow along on "an average day in the life of Charlie Brown." A day made up of little moments picked from all the days of Charlie Brown, from Valentine's Day to the baseball season, from wild optimism to utter despair, all mixed in with the lives of his friends Linus, Lucy, Schroeder, Sally and, of course, Snoopy.

Songs include My Blanket and Me, The Kite, The Baseball Game, Little Known Facts, Suppertime, Happiness, Beethoven Day and My New Philosophy.

The cast, under the direction of Kelly Van Oosbree, includes Barrett Harper as Charlie Brown, Josh Rigo as Linus, Alisa Schmidt as Lucy, Chance Jacob as Schroeder, Rachel Turner as Sally, and Rob Riney as Snoopy.
