Your Basic Tarot Workshop July 25, 2009

Tarot is a tool that touches your intuition and subconscious to help you discover knowledge and answers within yourself. It is a system of symbols to help interpret the world around us. Our lives are not written in stone and reviewing an issue may offer possibilities not seen earlier. Tarot can help point out those alternate choices. In this one day workshop we will discuss the 78 cards of a traditional Tarot deck and ways they can be used to help. By the end of the day you will be reading Tarot. Bring a pen and paper, a Tarot deck and your curiosity! Any 78 card Tarot deck is fine, suggestions: Robin Wood, Morgan Greer, Gothic, Motherpeace, etc. This is a great way to get acquainted with the deck if you are new to Tarot and a great refresher if you haven't been working with your cards lately. Stephanie S. Sommers has been a student of esoterica and symbology for the past twenty years or more.
