Are you a budding actor or playwright who'd like the chance to persuade your audience to create a better world? These classes will be about having fun, building confidence, social skills, using imagination and cultivating independence through drama, art, music and games. This class will incorporate a mixture of physical/vocal warm ups, improvisation, theatre sports, script work, audition techniques, character development, costume design, dancing and singing. During the course, children will have the opportunity to work on 'commercial scripts' and devise their own performance piece, with a focus on a sustainable future for themselves and the world. Students are encouraged to work collaboratively in a supportive creative environment. This course is suitable for students in Years 5 to 6. Details of this event may be subject to change.
