Young People's Chorus of Erie "A Season of Peace" Concert December 22, 2009

The five choirs of the Young People’s Chorus of Erie will present their first annual holiday concert, “A Season of Peace,” on Tuesday, Dec. 22.

The event takes place at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, 130 E. Fourth St., Erie, beginning at 7 p.m. YPC’s Elementary, Intermediate, Young Men’s, Concert and Chorale choruses will perform under the direction of founder Dr. Jason Bishop, Melissa Heitzenrater-Beichner, and Brent Weber.

YPC Erie is an arts outreach program of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College. It is the first affiliate program of the famed Young People’s Chorus of New York City.

“A Season of Peace” tickets are $10, $15, or $20 for adults, $5 for children ages 7 to 12, and free for children under 7. To order tickets, download a form at ypcerie.org or phone the YPC office at 814-898-6789.
