"You Don't Gotta Run" U.S. Premiere November 24, 2008

The multi-talented cult sensation known as Pop Levi has announced his upcoming film, You Don't Gotta Run. Described as a "surreal world of mannequins, jetlag, spotlights, boogie boards and sushi-time," it documents Levi's 2008 European press tour and includes discussions of childhood, Marvin Gaye's funeral, filmmaking and his latest record, Never Never Love (Counter). Shot by Lucky Beaches on cell phones and pocket cameras, the film also features unreleased music produced by Pop Levi.

The film will see its US premiere on November 24 at Los Angeles' Silent Movie Theater followed by an acoustic performance by Levi.
