Yosemite Valley Floor Tour April 21, 2009

The bus will depart from Merced (16th & Canal Street) at 7:00 am for a narrated tour to Yosemite. Once the bus arrives at Yosemite, you will board an open-air tram for a two-hour tour, and Rangers will introduce some of Yosemite’s most famous sightseeing points in Yosemite Valley and describe the history, geology, plant and animal life of the region. So bring your camera along for postcard-perfect pictures. Sites you will see are Yosemite Falls, Half Dome, El Capitan, Tunnel View, Bridalveil Falls and more. Lunch will at the Ahwahnee Dining Room following the tour. Cost $93 per person. Includes lunch, bus, tour, tips, and taxes. Also donuts and coffee will be served on the way up to Yosemite and a healthy snack on the way back to Merced. This is an all-day event, estimated return to Merced around 7:00 pm.
