The Upanishads are an ancient collection of sacred writings that represent some of the most fascinating and profoundly insightful philosophical works ever written. This interesting course is designed to cover the teachings of the Upanishads in an easy to understand, exciting, and introductory manner. If you are interested in examining the roots of Yoga, meditation, Hinduism, Buddhism, spirituality, Dharma, and Asian culture in a meaningful way, plan to attend this unique and informative free course.

The classes are taught by Dr. Frank Morales, Ph.D. (Sri Dharma Pravartaka Acharya), a globally recognized spiritual teacher, and the Resident Scholar and Spiritual Leader of the Hindu Temple of Nebraska.
