Join us for a peaceful morning in a natural setting! Samantha Noto, BA, RYT, IAYT, will be your guide through mindful yoga sequences and breath work that release tension in the body, balance the mind and soothe the spirit. Join us as we explore the gifts of our beautiful and peaceful inner and outer landscapes! We begin with a warm-up in the parking lot before the 40 minute (+/-) hike, ending with yoga cool-down. Please wear hiking shoes, comfortable layers. Bring insect repellent and/or sunscreen. Also, bring a blanket to practice on at the end.
