Bring peace to your mind, body and spirit at the Florida Blue Center’s September 11th Yoga Health Fair

This month, the Miami Florida Blue Center invites local residents to its monthly Health Fair on Saturday, September 11th in celebration of National Yoga Month. Visitors will not only learn about the many health benefits of yoga, but also about numerous ways to bring peace to the mind, body and spirit.

Welcoming members and non-members from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. attendees can receive FREE health screenings including cholesterol and glucose tests (measuring important health indicators, a $95 value); FREE expert one-on-one consultations; FREE relaxing massages; and opportunities to win prizes from Florida Blue.

Visitors can also tour the Miami Florida Blue Center, a revolutionary customer service experience in health care that lets visitors shop for health insurance, learn about their specific plans, receive preventative care screenings and participate in monthly wellness events.
