The shoulders and neck work together, complimenting each other and keeping both healthy and strong. When one is out of balance, often the other suffers. In this workshop, you'll learn basic yoga poses and movements designed to relieve the persistently tight muscles that surround these areas, and create freedom in your neck, shoulders and upper back.
