This workshop is for yoga teachers and dedicated students would like to refresh and sharpen their teaching skills while expanding their understanding of the practice. Using live bodies, we will deepen our knowledge of anatomy and watch the postures come alive! In addition, time will be spent practicing hands-on adjustments and answering questions.
