Holidays can be overwhelming, with so many things to take care of and plan. We are introducing yoga for holidays. A set of asanas ( postures ), that can be practiced that help us stay focused, be in the moment and have fun all at the same time.
In addition, we have rejuvenating breathing techniques and meditation sprinkled in to relax more.
