Yoga for Knitters Demo April 23, 2008

Join us as we welcome certified yoga therapist RoseMarie Roth. She's produced an awesome DVD designed especially to stretch the muscles and joints knitters and crocheters use while we pursue our craft. RoseMarie is visiting A Mano to give us a special yoga demonstration and to help us debut her DVD Yoga for Knitters. The demo will take place during our regular Wednesday night Stitch & Bitch on April 23. Help us welcome RoseMarie to the A Mano family and learn more about Yoga for Knitters!
