Yoga Camp for Young Women 9-12 July 19, 2009

This is a seriously fun and educational 5 day camp for young women. Camp will be held at our beautiful yoga center off Route 53 on the Kingston/Duxbury line. We focus on helping girls to be healthy from the inside out by fighting the stress and anxiety that tends to come with adolescence. We use positive education for the mind body and spirit. July 20-24 for girls 9-12.
Cost is 375.00 for the week. Full and half days are available
