Yoga and Wellness Event September 12, 2009

There will be a yoga workout provided by Denises yoga N.Y.C. There will
be other wellness type vendors selling their products and talking about their services. Gregory Mosley will be there to talk about his personal training services using martial art conditioning and Tai Chi for stress management.
