On Saturday November 29th, experience a delightful two hours of passive and active yoga. We will begin by centering ourselves in stillness and move into a Pranayama practice. As we allow the breath to guide us, we will shift to the deep, long held postures of Yin Yoga creating a greater range of motion through the spine and hips. After a brief Savasana, we move into the Yang Yoga joining breath and movement, creating freedom and warmth in the muscles. The Yang portion of practice will include a series of Sun Salutations performed to the chanting of bhija mantras.
