Yes YOUth Can! SPEAK OUT April 16, 2009

A chance for Santa Barbara youth (and their parents) to be heard!! A panel of youth will field questions from the audience and encourage them to speak out about what they hear and see around town about underage drinking, drugs and tobacco use, and what they choose to do instead! What can the SB community do to prevent teens from going down the wrong path? Let us know!!
