Brenda Hock, a culinary professional and Garden Vision Guild member, will demonstrate how to prepare and can corn relish, BBQ sauce and a tasty fruit preserve. She explains "there are so many reasons to can your own food, including having control over the amount of sugar, salt, and additives that are used. Our beautiful local farmers' markets give us the opportunity to purchase the best and freshest produce to turn into our own signature culinary creations." $35 per class includes the price of produce, cans, and canning materials.
