Years 10 12 Course: Improving Written English June 14, 2013

For many students success in the HSC and other examinations depends on improving the standard of written English skills. This course is specially tailored for students in Years 10 12 in order to improve written English in a way relevant to a wide range of subjects. The course begins with revision of practical English grammar, sentence structure, punctuation and spelling, and progresses to more complicated sentences, paragraphs, vocabulary enrichment and different kinds of written English. There is a main focus on illustration through examples and intensive practice with written exercises, including detailed feedback and discussion. Details of this event may be subject to change.
