YAPPY HOUR!, hosted by Fetch! Mid City, located at 3536 Toulouse St., from 5:30-7:30 will feature wine samples courtesy of Swirl, samples of doggy goodies compliments of Fetch! and $10 dog washes courtesy of the LA/SPCA volunteers.
