The Parisian-born Israeli singer, Yael Naim, is blessed with an unsettlingly pure voice and an incredible agility at composition. In 2007, she released her self-titled debut album. This feel-good collection of ballads meandered through folk and pop with lyrics in Hebrew and English. Following the use of the song, "New Soul" in Apple's MacBook Air commercials, the album entered in the Top Ten Billboard charts and was a worldwide success. Yael Naim has recently unveiled her second album, "She Was A Boy". In her latest album, Yael offers us a trek around the world with her graceful songs and soul-searching journey of self.
