Blank paper is the most patient and discreet of listeners and the physical act of handwriting is a meditative and soothing way of working through lifes challenges. You dont have to be an expert writer to gain the benefits of writing as meditation, exploration, clarification and comfort. This course is for those who would like to use reflective and expressive writing to enhance emotional and physical well-being: literally writing to know yourself.
