Write Your California Story February 12, 2007

Join MY CALIFORNIA contributor Veronique de Turenne as she talks about how to tell the story of your California journey. This event is hosted by the Whittier Public Library Foundation as the community reads My California: Journeys by Great Writers during February 2007. DeTurenne is a journalist and screenwriter; she writes the popular Here in Malibu blog at LAObserved.com.

The My California anthology is a collection of narrative travel and adventure stories by 27 of California's finest authors and journalists. All of the contributors donated their work so that book proceeds could benefit the California Arts Council and writing programs for children statewide. My California is a great read and a good deed.
