Ari Fleischauer is known as one of the premiere administrators in the Flex Spending world. She specializes in IRC Section 125 benefits administration and on-going plan compliance issues. Ari currently manages the Flexible Spending Account department at the Vita Companies, the Service Center, and oversees complete operations of VitaFlex, a product that is used by many of the major consulting firms in the industry and is considered a world class program.
Jason Lombardi jumped into the benefits world in 1999 as an Account Executive at the Vita Companies and provides full service employee benefit plan marketing, selection, implementation, compliance and management to a large client base. He is a member of several professional organizations and is relied upon for his COBRA expertise by many other employee benefit brokerage firms in the industry.
