After nine years in Ethiopian and Kenyan refugee camps from fleeing his home in Sudan when the civil war broke out, autobiographical author of What Is the What, Valentino Achak Deng exposes the realities of what is happening in Sudan, its effect on the people, and how we can rebuild Sudanese communities.
