Author of Our Nation Unhinged: The Human Consequences of the War on Terror, Professor Peter Jan Honigsberg discusses the challenges to due process, the rule of law and human rights that were created when the Bush administration labeled detainees as "enemy combatants" as opposed to "lawful combatants" or "unlawful combatants" -- the only types of combatants recognized by the Geneva Conventions -- and the problems President Obama faces at this FREE event.
