Celebrate the opening of San Francisco's Mission District Fall Open Studios with (a kickoff event at WorkSpace Limited on Friday,ﾠSeptember 30, 2011, from (7:00 pm to 10:00 pm, featuring live music by local popular band Go Van Gogh. Visit more than 22 artists in their studios, and see the gallery exhibit curated by Mina Dresden of Mina Dresden Gallery, a leading Mission district art gallery (www.minadresden.com). The studios and gallery will be open again during the day on Saturday and Sunday, October 1stﾠandﾠ2nd, from 11:00 amﾠuntil 6:00 pm.

WorkSpace Limited (http://www.workspacelimited.org, and http://www.facebook.com/WorkspaceLimited) is housed in a converted, vintage industrial building. The artists' studios are located on two levels and represent diverse artistic viewpoints and mediums. The building's unique architectural features and many skylights enhance the viewing experience. Fall Open Studios is organized by Artspan (http://www.artspan.org), and is also supported by Mission Artist United (MAU) (http://www.missionartistsunited.org).

WorkSpace Limited is located at 2150 Folsom Street, between 17th and 18th Streets. There is convenient street parking, and easy bus access with the Muni (12 Folsom line stoping a half a block away. Muni lines 22, 33 14, 49 and 27 are all within a few blocks, and the Bart station at 16th and Mission (and the Muni 14L stop) is a 7 minute walk. Workspace Limited is also a short walk to a number of other participating Artspan/Mission Artist United studio buildings.
