This class will explore the use of various toners to alter the look of traditional darkroom black-and-white prints. You will learn how some toners, such as selenium and sepia, are used to make a print more archival, and how others are used purely for effect.

Please bring 8 - 12 previously processed black-and-white prints to class. These should be 8x10 or smaller and should not have been hardened. Both RC and fiber prints are acceptable. Our darkroom will be open on the morning of the workshop on a first-come basis for those with darkroom experience who need to make prints. Members and non-members will be charged $10 for this option.
