Workshop: Print Presentation August 22, 2009

This workshop will present you with some of the basic methods of print finishing. There will be a discussion on the various materials used in mounting and matting photographs, and in the pros and cons of each. You will learn how to mount your photographs to foam board and how to dry mount photos using a heat press. You will be given an opportunity to use our mat cutters to learn how to cut simple beveled single and double window mats. There will be a demonstration of framing with metal sectionals. Please bring two B&W or color photographs, around 8x10 in size.
