Program Description:

The Program focuses on the Software Development Life Cycle in an Object Way using UML and a Case Tool. This Program focuses on requirements, analysis and design. This Program will familiarize you with all phases of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). You will learn how to consider any subject matter and identify all its concepts and relationships to express and model them using the case tool.

Course Objectives:
Upon Completion of the course, participants will be able to:
• Apply an iterative, use case-driven, architecture-centric process to the development of a robust design model
• Use the UML to represent the Design Model
• Apply the concepts of abstraction, encapsulation, inheritance and polymorphism
• Understand the different views of a software architecture, the key mechanisms that are defined in support of that architecture and mechanisms on the produced design

• Practitioners who desire a basic understanding of object-oriented analysis and design concepts, as well as hands-on practical experience applying the techniques
• Includes analysts, designers, software developers
