Workshop - Martial Arts July 27, 2008

Kalari Academy of performing Arts is conducting a tour-day workshop on Marma therapy and Kalari massage. Participants will be trained in techniques to gain flexibility, heal sports related injuries and improve general health. This workshop would be beneficial for professional dancers, athletes, marital artists, aerobic traners, yoga and other physical training instructors.
