Explore the myriad of laws that govern leaves of absences in California and analyze the legal obligations imposed by recent legal developments. We'll identify open legal issues and develop strategies for administering and managing leaves effectively. Specifically, you'll get prepared to:

Speaker: Walter Stella, Partner, Bingham McCutchen, LLP represents clients in all aspects of employment litigation and counseling. Walter's clients have included both emerging growth as well as Fortune 500 and other multinational corporations. He has successfully defended clients before state and federal courts as well as governmental agencies.
