Molly O’Neill editor of American Food Writing - An Anthology: With Classic Recipes, shares her recipe for the Library of America’s latest success: a collection of writings on food, written by some of America’s most famous authors over the last 250 years. Special guests: Gael Greene author of Insatiable: Tales from a Life of Delicious Excess and A. Scott Berg.
