Woodturners Show & Native Plant Sale October 24, 2009

Every year extremely talented artisans come together to showcase some fine carvings and wood turnings. Visitors will see realistic birds carved from wood while chunks of various types of wood are turned on a lathe into fine bowls and other objects. The entire Felburn Pavilion is filled with beautiful wooden art. Visitors also get to view up close and personal some of the techniques of wood turning. Artists bring a lath and prepare bowls while visitors watch. It's an opportunity to see and purchase unique fine wood work as well as browse through many beautiful native plants for sale.
