From Concept to Plan – Nurture your seed of an idea into a business owner resume and financial plan while developing effective communication and selling skills.

Marketing Principles – Define your target, analyze your industry and competition, and determine your market position.

Cash Flow Management – Project sales and expenses, and create a contingency plan.

Strategic Risk Management – Ensure your business complies with legal standards, from licenses, permits and taxes to human resources.

Recordkeeping and Financial Management – Understand, analyze and use profit and loss statements, balance sheets and financial rations to track the health of your business.

Format: Classroom with homework

Takeaways: You’ll leave with the basics to build a solid business plan, plus a 1-hour session with a seasoned business consultant if you attend both days.
