Women's Self Defense Class December 1, 2012

This Seminar will be taught by Mr. Leo Green
A full time trainer for the Sacramento Public Training Center training police and firefighters.
Over 40 years experience in Taekwondo
Over 30 years experience in Hapkido
Over 12 years experience as a Defensive Tactics Instructo Many years training in modern Arnis and other weapons techniques

A Woman is assaulted every 15 seconds in the United States, the assailant can and will hurt you. Be prepared for the unexpected, and remember your life is worth fighting for!!
Please reserve a spot for you, your Daughter, Mother, Sister, and Best Friend. Class size is limited.
Tellers, Convenience Store workers, Nurses, School Teachers, College & High School students, and any women that shop, live along, are just some that really need to think about taking this self-defense class.
The class will be 4 hours long, which will include 2 hours of Empty Hand Self-Defense, and 2 hours of training on the Kubotan.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a towel no need for makeup!
