Ambassador Harriet Elam-Thomas joins us as the guest speaker for an event honoring women in diplomacy. Ambassador Elam-Thomas retired from the U.S. Senior Foreign Service in 2005 after four decades of service to the U.S. both stateside and around the globe, and is currently the director of a new diplomacy program at UCF.
