Women in Science Endeavors (WISE) April 4, 2008

Meet women professionals and get a firsthand look at careers in science, math, engineering and medicine with workshops designed for middle school girls. Sponsored in partnership with the Science Spectrum, Xcel Energy and Region 17 Education Service Center, this day-long event gives girls in grades 6-8 an experience to meet women professionals, try their hand at science experiements and watch a movie at the Omni Theater. Admission is $10 per student.
